How we sit around this fire.

This is not a forum for performance. It is a campfire for builders. These three rules are the cultural contract. Carry them in.

Rule 01 🛡️
No Defensiveness.
"We do not argue to win."
We converse to clear the path. When someone offers a different view, the question is never "how do I defeat this?" The question is "what part of this is useful to me?" Winning an argument has never built anything worth keeping.
Rule 02 🌬️
End Lighter.
"Leave the other person with less weight."
Every interaction should leave the other person feeling a sense of release — not addition. If you say something, ask yourself first: does this add weight or remove it? The fire is for burning things down, not building them higher.
Rule 03 📦
Show Your Artifacts.
"Bring the thing, not just the idea."
Don't just talk about ideas. Bring the templates, writings, and systems you built today. A screenshot. A Notion link. A first paragraph. The fire is for makers. Show what you made, and watch the group sharpen it.

Freedom is not meant to be found. It must be built, and it must be portable. With our own backpack, our own tools, and our own order, we move. And anyone who wants to — can come with us.
